Founded in 2009, Through It All, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults beginning at age 18 as they transition toward independent adulthood.

Our mission is to help young adults build self-trust, strengthen their identities, develop practical life skills, and navigate resources that support safe, stable, self-directed lives.

We are currently rebuilding our organizational foundation and developing a virtual-first approach to governance, community engagement, and future programming.

Through It All, Inc. is seeking two committed individuals who are passionate about empowering young adults and interested in helping rebuild a nonprofit organization with purpose, accountability, and a vision for the future.

As we strengthen our organizational foundation, we are looking for individuals willing to contribute their perspectives, professional experience, skills, and thoughtful leadership.

About This Opportunity

This is an unpaid, volunteer Board of Directors opportunity with a remote-first approach. Individuals from across the United States are welcome to express their interest.

Through It All, Inc. is currently rebuilding its organizational structure and developing the foundation for future programming. We are seeking individuals who want to contribute to that process—not simply hold a board title.
